Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Container condition and specifications are as described on the product page or quote.

Delivery

Delivery dates are agreed with you. You are responsible for providing suitable, safe access and ground for delivery.

Rental and storage

Rental and storage are subject to the terms set out in your agreement, including hire period, payment and permitted use.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
